MANAJEMEN PROGRAM ADIWIYATA DALAM PEMBENTUKKAN KARAKTER SISWA PEDULI LINGKUNGAN DI SDN SUMBERREJO 1 KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Program Adiwiyata diciptakan untuk mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis; Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, Pengawasan program adiwiyata dalam pembentukan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan di SDN Sumberrejo 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Dalam pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, depanbilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian di SDN Sumberrejo 1 yaitu perencanaan kegiatan program adiwiyata, hanya saja program yang akan dijalankan sudah mendapat arahan dari sekolah induk yaitu SMAN Sumberrejo 1, tim program adiwiyata yang bertanggung jawab atas program tersebut menyusun pokok kerja yang akan dijalankan dalam waktu yang sudah ditentukan, anggaran program adiwiyata berasal dari Pemerintah Kota Bojonegoro dan  Badan Lingkungan Hidup, kepala sekolah, koordinator, sekretaris dan empat belas tim pokok kerja; pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam program adiwiyata terdapat empat belas pokok kerja, pengawasan program adiwiyata meliputi Badan Lingkungan Hidup, Puskesmas, dan SMAN Sumberrejo 1. Dari kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh SDN Sumberrejo 1 diharapkan mampu mewujudkan sekolah yang peduli terhadap lingkungan dan mampu menjadi contoh untuk sekolah-sekolah lain khususnya wilayah Sumberrejo dan sekitarnya.

MANAGEMENT OF ADIWIYATA PROGRAM IN THE FORM OF CHARACTER STUDENTS CARE ENVIRONMENT IN SDN SUMBERREJO 1 BOJONEGORO REGENCY 


Abstract


Head master has an important role to improve the discipline character education of students. Therefore Head Master should create a strategy goal to improve the discipline character education of students. Adiwiyata Program was created to reduce some destruction of the environtment. This research is to describe and analyze; Planning, the organizing, implementation, controling of adiwiyata program to building the character of students about environmental care in SDN Sumberrejo 1. This research uses qualitative approach, and case study research design. This research take by  interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis take by condensation. To check the validity re-checked by credibility, transferability, forwardability, and confirmability. Result of research at SDN Sumberrejo 1 are planning activity of adiwiyata program, and this program have got direction from SMAN Sumberrejo 1; Team of Adiwiyata program must be responsible about the program and prepare it until the end; The budget of the adiwiyata program comes from the City Government of Bojonegoro and the Environment Organization, of the Principal, the coordinator, the secretary and the fourteen main working teams, the implementation of activities in the adiwiyata program there are fourteen principal works, Controling of adiwiyata program include Environment Organization, Puskesmas and Sumberrejo Senior High School 1. From the activities implemented by SDN Sumberrejo 1, it is expected to be able to realize the school that care for the environment and able to become an example for other schools especially Sumberrejo area and its surroundings.
