Abstract


Abstract: The concept of human capital has been applied in PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk as seen from the Key Performance Index oriented division of human capital to the development of employees.Branch Sidoarjo One of Branch, is branches are manage Alfamart store area at Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Tuban, Lamongan, Bojonegoro and Madura. To move the employee's human capital in order to achieve optimal performance of human capital, the branch manager of Human Capital PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Sidoarjo lead employees to use transformational leadership styles and motivation of employees in order to maintain the employee's performance can be achieved as planned target. Results prove transformasional leadership style and work motivation simultaneously influence on employee performance, it is seen from the results of the F test is 13.976 with a significance level of 0.001.
