PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ALTRUISM DENGAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT. HUTA BONAARTA TRANSINDO

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on altruism with affective commitment as an intervening variable. The sample used in this study amounted to 47 employees are all employees of PT. Huta Bonaarta Transindo. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square with the help of software SmartPLS2.0. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction is significant positive effect on altruism where the coefficient value parameter of 0.464478, 5.394025 of T-statistic greater than 1.96. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on affective commitment parameter coefficient of 0.705869. While the value of 14.312501 T-statistic greater than 1.96. Affective commitment positively affects altruim parameter coefficient of 0.340041. While the value of 2.568515 T-statistic greater than 1.96. and affective commitment can not mediate or as an intervening variable between job satisfaction on altruism, because the coefficient of direct influence of job satisfaction on altruism 0.46447 greater than the indirect effect of job satisfaction on altruism 0.240024.
