PENGARUH ETIKA KERJA DAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (Persero), Tbk Cabang Jombang

Abstract


Regarding with the initial data in the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk branch Jombang, this study aimed to analyze andv discuss the effect of the work etjhic and knowledge sharing on employee performance. Thev variable used was a “work ethic, knowledge sharing and employee performance”. This study used a quantitative approach. It was due to the data used in this study would be processed by using statistis. The subjects in this study were employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Pewrsero, Tbk branch jombang totalling 400 people. This study took a sample of 200 people. The sampling method used proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The resulted data from multiple linear regression analysed demonstrated from the value adjuster R square was at0,629. This showed influence of both free variable dimensions in this study in which it could affect the dependent variable by 62,9%. From the results of F-test of work ethics and knowledge sharing, it was found ajointly significant effect on employee performance.
