PENGARUH SELF-EFFICACY DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA (PTPN) X SURABAYA

Abstract


Job satisfaction becomes an issue that is quite interesting and important, because it proved beneficial for the employee and the organization. Employees who do not obtain job satisfaction will never achieve psychological satisfaction and ultimately there will be a negatively attitude or behavior and in turn can lead to the frustration. This study aimed to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and locus of control on employee job satisfaction. The samples in this study using non-probability sampling technique. The sample consisted of 126 respondents employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) X Surabaya. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. After that tested the validity, reliability and data analysis technique processed using SPSS version 18. The results of this study show that self-efficacy significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, locus of control significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneousl. Self-efficacy and locus of control significantly influence employees job satisfaction amounted to 93,4%, while the remaining 6,6% is explained by other factors.
