PENGARUH  KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN KERETA API KELAS EKSEKUTIF ARGO BROMO ANGGREK PAGI

Abstract


Executive Train Argo Bromo Anggrek Pagi which is the one and only  train from Surabaya to Jakarta with schedule of departure in the morning and faster than the other executive train and also have a competitive price than the others. The number of sample in this study were 220 respondents. And method of data sample using nonprobability sampling, specially using Purposive sampling. In this analysis of the data using multiple linear regression. The result of the research indicates that there is partial and simultant influence on customer satisfaction.
