Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada PT.PG Rajawali I Surabaya)

Abstract


PT.PG Rajawali I Surabaya is a subsidiary of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia enganged in the agro industry. PT.PG Rajawali I was originally a merger of PG.Redjo Agung Baru and PG. Krebet Baru. The company has a vision to become a sugarcane based industry that excelent in global competition.  In this case required the support of the employees who have the skill and capabilities. Where in this case required the organization’s commitment to each individual employee that is formed throught the organizational culture of  PT.PG Rajawali I Surabaya.


   This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment. This study is casually using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique using saturated sample number of 78 respondents however questionnaire return amounted to 51 respondents. The statistical analyze used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software SmartPLS.


                The result of this study explains that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organiztional culture has a positive and significant on employee performance. Organizational commitment not mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
