Hubungan Antara Work Engagement dan Work-Family Conflict yang Dimoderasi oleh Conscientiousness (Studi pada Karyawati di PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Surabaya)

Abstract


PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Surabaya is one of state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Transportation, which is engaged in the management and operation services of airports in Indonesia. PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) as the party in charge of managing and running the (operator) of the airports have a fairly heavy duty.


                High workload demands will make more women workers dedicate time daily into work. Reduced time and energy caused by multiple roles at work and at home will lead to the emergence of an imbalance between work and family affairs. This study aims to identify and explain the relationship between work engagement and work-family conflict with conscientiousness as moderator. This research was conducted on women who worked in PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Surabaya. This is causal research using quantitative approach. The sampling technique using 36 respondents saturated sample. The statistical analysis used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the support of SPSS software.


                This study results explains that work engagement has positive and significant relationship with work-family conflict. Conscientiousness negatively moderated the relationship between work engagement and work-family conflict.
