Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Varia Usaha Beton Gresik

Abstract


Human resource management holding a significant role in determining the company’s goal. Company’s achievement influenced by employee performance. Employee work  achievement influenced by work environment where the employee do their job. By a good work environment, will be easier doing their job. Each employee must attention to work discipline because with work discipline, employee have a responsibility to carry out the job.


PT Varia Usaha Beton Gresik is a company which operates in concrete and tranportation service.


The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Varia Usaha Beton Gresik. Samples of this study are 95 employees. The sampling technique used is proportional and simple random sampling. Data analyze technique is regression analysis with software SPSS 18.


The results showed that physic environment (X1) has partial significantly positive influence on employee performance (Y), non-physic environment (X2) has partial significantly positive influence on employee performance (Y), and work discipline (X3) has partial significantly positive influence on employee performance (Y). The results also showed that physic environment, non-physic environment, and work discipline has simultan and significantly positive influence on employee performance.
