PT. Varia Usaha Beton is a national manufacturing company engaged in the construction of concrete and building construction services. Since its establishment in 1991, PT. Varia Usaha Beton continues to expand its business, which until now has reached more than 30 plans spread throughout Indonesia.The company has a vision of being a concrete company and aggregates the customers primary choice in the national market. Where in this case required a good human resource management system in the company, so that later can produce maximum employee performance, one of them is high-performance work system. In addition, the performance of an employee certainly didn’t escape some of the existing support factors from within and from outside the employees themselves, some of which are gender and job tenure.This study aims to test and analyze of high-performance work systems on employee performance that is moderated by gender and job tenure. This research is a causal research and using quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with 48 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS software is used as a statistical analysis tool.The results of this study showed that high-performance work system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Gender doesn’t moderate the influence of high-performance work systems on employee performance. Job tenure doesn’t moderate the influence of high-performance work systems on employee performance
