Abstract


This research aims to determine and explain the effect of quality of work life and perceived organizational support to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT IKSG (IKSG). This research is a type of causal research using quantitative approach with population of 211 permanent employees and sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling with sample of 138 permanent employees. Statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance software AMOS 23.0. The results of this research show that quality of work life and perceived organizational support has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, quality of work life and perceived organizational support has no significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction can not be an intervening variable between quality of work life and perceived organizational support variable toward organizational commitment.
