Faktor-faktor Yang Memengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract


To be able to achieve achievements in accordance with the ideals and expectations of the company, a leader is required to have policies and programs aimed at his employees so that each individual employee gets a high level of job satisfaction so that he can contribute optimally to the company. The steps taken by company leaders include compensation. Compensation for PT. Semen Indonesia is no doubt. This company always provides an assessment of employee performance through achievement and discipline in work. And provide benefits for employees, health insurance, as well as facilities in the workplace.

Respondents in this study were 80 employees at PT Semen Indonesia Persero, (Tbk). The sampling technique using non-probability sampling rather proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 18.

The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation for job satisfaction through work motivation had a positive and significant effect.
