Abstract


The purpose of this study was to analyze and discuss the influence of transformational leadership and non-physical work environment on PT. Tri Putra Manunggal Surabayaemployee performance. Respondents in this study is regular employee PT. Tri Putra Manunggal Surabaya. The method of determining the sample is non probability sampling. The sample used was 40. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 18 program. The results showed that transformational leadership has positive influence on employee performance, non-physical work environment are a positive influence on employee performance, and both of them have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
