PERAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING DALAM MENINGKATKAN EMPLOYEE CREATIVITY MELALUI LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) PADA TIM KERJA XAVIER MARKS REALTY

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the role of Knowledge Sharing in improving Employee Creativity through Leader-member (LMX) in the Xavier Marks Realty work team. This research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling with 76 respondents in the Xavier Marks Realty Darmo Group members. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study explain that Knowledge Sharing has a positive effect on Employee Creativity. Knowledge Sharing has no effect on LMX. LMX is not able to mediate the relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Employee Creativity.Suggestions that can be applied to companies, namely employers need to improve the quality and quantity of direction to subordinates in doing good and right work. In addition, learning creative and effective solution solutions, as well as individual motivations related to the work of members at Xavier Marks Realty.
