DAMPAK BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN SELF-EFFICACY SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI PADA PT. GEMA PRIMA MANDIRI)

Abstract


Economic competition in the business world in Indonesia is getting tighter as the ASEAN Economic Community program enters the impact on the number of foreign workers interested in entering the business world in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through self-efficacy. The object of this study is 54 employees at PT. Gema Prima Mandiri with saturated sampling techniques. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with smart PLS 3.0 software. From the results of the research conducted it was found that organizational culture influences employee performance and self-efficacy has no effect on performance. While self-efficacy is not able to be the mediation of organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords: employee perfomance; organizational culture; self-efficacy
