PENGARUH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT MELALUI PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT (STUDI PADA BAGIAN LENDING PT. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO), Tbk SURABAYA)

Abstract


The aims of thus research is determine and explain about organizational commitment effected by transformational leadership through perceived organizational support in the lending employee of BTN Surabaya Branch Office. Causality research using quantitative approach is the type of this research. Saturated sample used as the sampling technique with a total of 40 respondent in the lending employee of BTN Surabaya Branch Office. This research used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the assistance of Smart PLS 3.0 software as the statistics analysis. The result of this research show that organizational commitment effected by transformational leadership significantly and positively, perceived organizational support effected by transformational leadership significantly and positively, organizational commitment effected by perceived organizational support significantly and positively, and perceived organizational support can be an intervening variable between transformational leadership on organizational commitment.
