Peran Kompetensi Diri Antara Job Enlargement terhadap Job Crafting

Abstract


This study aims to determine and explain the effect of job enlargement on job crafting through of self competence at the employees of PT Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya of HCGA and Financial Division.This research is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample of 35 respondents in employees of HCGA and Finance Division of PT Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya. The statistical analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study explain that Job Enlargement has a significant positive effect on Job Crafting. Self Competence does not moderate the influence between job enlargement and job crafting.
