Pengaruh Praktik Perbaikan Berkelanjutan terhadap Pengembangan Karier melalui Penilaian Kinerja



Abstract: PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Surabaya office is one of11 independent companies in Indonesia that manufacture anddistribute products of The Coca-Cola Company. The purpose of thisstudy was to analyze the effect of continuous improvement, careerdevelopment, and performance assessment. As well as the mediatingrole of performance assessment on the effect of the continuousimprovement of career development. Samples from this study wereall employees of the sales and marketing division, amounting to 43people. The data analysis technique used is an alternative method ofanalysis with Structural Equation Models Partial Least Square withthe help of software SmartPLS 2.0 M3.The results explain thatcontinuous improvement does not significantly influence careerdevelopment. Continuous improvement and a significant positiveeffect on performance appraisal. Performance assessment nosignificant effect on career development. Performance appraisalsmediate the effect of the continuous improvement of careerdevelopment.Keywords: continuous improvement, career development, performance appraisal.
