Pengaruh Konflik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Komunikasi sebagai Variabel Moderator Pada PT. Sinar Sosro KPW Jawa Timur

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to test and analyze whether conflict (taskconflict, relationship conflict, and process conflict) affect employeeperformance with communication as a moderator variable in PT.Sinar Sosro KPW Jawa Timur. This type of this research isquantitative. The sampling technique of this research is using simplerandom sampling with a sample of 74 respondents. Statisticalanalysis that used is the approach of structural equation modeling(SEM) and the method of Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help ofSmart PLS software. Results showed that task conflict andrelationship conflict had a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance, while the conflict process has a negative and notsignificant effect on employee performance. Interaction of conflict(task conflict, relationship conflict, and process conflict) with thecommunication does not affect the performance of the employee ornot moderated the effect.Keywords: task conflict, relationship conflict, conflict processes, employee performance, and communication.
