Abstract


Abstract: Internet makes marketing pattern changed from the verticalone turned into a horizontal pattern, facilitating company to establishcustomer relationship. This research was done the implementation ofsocial media can establish, maintain and  engagement the customerrelationship. This research applied qualitative methods. Researcherchoose JuraganTiketID as the object. Data collection techniques usedobservation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. There are 3data analysis technique that researcher use here : data reduction,data display and analysis using the online application website. Theresults showed that consistency in interaction with customers ontwitter can establish and expand relationships with customers inmedia sosial network at a low cost. Beside that, the large number offollowers can increase customer confidence and sales volumes.Keywords: social media, twitter, and customer relationship management.
