Abstract


Abstract: The development of organization in the era of globalizationis shown by the development of human resources to supportknowledge-based activity. The importance of knowledge resources asa capital intellectual in the advancement of the company. Thisresearch aims to examine and to analyze whether knowledge sharingaffects employee performance through innovations in PT. SemenIndonesia (Persero) Tbk, with a saturated sampling technique with asample of 76 respondents used SEM SmartPLS 2.0 analysistechniques. The results showed that the 1) knowledge sharing onemployee performance is a positive and significant, 2) a positive andsignificant of knowledge sharing on innovation, 3) innovation onemployee performance is a positive and significant, 4) iinovation doesnot mediate the effect of knowledge sharing on employeeperformance.Keywords:  knowledge sharing, innovation, employee performance.
