Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan



Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze impact financialcompensation and job stress has a effect on job satisfaction ofemployee in the office PT. Semenanjung Pangeran Agung. Thesampling technique of this study is using jenuh sampling, where thepopulations used is the employees who has a service life at least 5years and sample size of 32 respondents. Statistical analysis methodused in this study is the multiple linear regression with the help ofSPSS 20 software. Based on the result of the analysis concluted that1)financial compensation have a significant  effect on job satisfactionof employees so that the first hypothesis is proven true, 2) job stresshad no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees so that thesecond hypothesis is not proven true, 3) financial compensation andjob stress  is jointly significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keyword: financial compensation,  job stress,  job satisfaction.
