Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract


Abstract: The aims of this research is to find out and analyze theinfluence of organizational commitment and job stress on employeesperformance of AJB Bumiputera 1912 in regional offices Surabaya.This research uses a quantitative approach with the survey method,i.e. by disseminating a questionnaire to employees AJB Bumiputera1912 regional office Surabaya amounted to 35 employees. The valueof each variable in this study were analyzed by multiple linearregression analysis method with the help of a computer program IBMSPSS Statistics 20. From hypotheses testing result known thatsimultaneously commitment organization and job stress influencesignificantly to the employees performance. Partially, commitmentorganization has positive and significantly influence to employeeperformance while job stress has negative and significantly on theemployees performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, job stress and employees performance.
