Pengaruh Learning Organization dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yang Berdampak pada Turnover Intention

Abstract


Abstract: The implementation of learning organization is a learningsystem that have capability for contribute greatly to the survival of thecompany, supported by the behavior of the leader improve theeffectiveness of the company's goal to reduce the level of turnoverintention of employees. With a sample of 97 full-time employees atPT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Surabaya, using SEM Smart PLS2.0 analysis techniques. The result that is a significant effect oflearning organization on employee job satisfaction and turnoverintention, a significant effect of leadership on employee jobsatisfaction and turnover intention, there was no significant effectbetween employee job satisfaction to the turnover intention, thesignificant effect of the learning organization on turnover intentionmediated employee job satisfaction and no significant effect ofleadership on the turnover intention mediated by employee jobsatisfaction.Keywords: learning organization, leadership, employee job satisfaction and turnover intention.
