Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan efektif atau tidaknya model pembelajaran problem based learning dalam mata pelajaran kearsipan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman dengan langkah-langkah: (1). Reduksi data, (2). Display data, (3). Kesimpulan/verifikasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) sudah diterapkan di mata pelajaran kearsipan, dalam penerapannya belum sesuai, hal tersebut dikarenakan ada sintaks yang tidak dilakukan, akan tetapi dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung baik. Model pembelajaran probem based learning sudah efektif untuk diterapkan di mata pelajaran kearsipan kompetensi dasar menjelaskan sistem kearsipan, hal tersebut karena dilihat dari dampak positif bagi peserta didik dan skor yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran problem based learning setiap individu lebih dari 75 dari skor maksimum”100.

Abstract


This study was aimed to find out the implementation and effectiveness of problem-based learning on archival lessons. The type of this study is qualitative. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the data analysis was performed using the model presented by Miles and Huberman covering these following steps: (1). Data reduction, (2). Data display, (3). Conclusion/ verification. The results of this study showed that problem-based learning (PBL) model has been applied in archival lessons, in its application is not appropriate, it is because there is a syntax that not done, but in the learning process takes place both.  Moreover, problem-based learning has been effective to be applied in the basic competence of archival lessons, which explain about the archival system. This was viewed from the positive impacts perceived by the students and the scores obtained by the students after the implementation of problem-based learning in which each student successfully got the score of more than 75 (of 100).
