PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI LEARNING STARTS WITH A QUESTION PADA MATA DIKLAT KONSTRUKSI BANGUNAN DI KELAS X SMK NEGERI 7 SURABAYA

Abstract


Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan strategi learning starts with a question. Sasaran penelitian yaitu kelas X TGB di SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Permasalahan yang dibahas meliputi kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran, pelaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran, prestasi, dan respon siswa.


Adapun perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, buku ajar, dan lembar kegiatan siswa. Hasil validasi yang telah dilakukan oleh validator menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang di gunakan dinyatakan layak dengan kriteria persentase 77,62%. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata rating keterlaksanaan perangkat dinyatakan cukup dengan kriteria  persentase 44,64 %. Hasil analisis perhitungan prestasi siswa dinyatakan nilai prestasi siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran learning starts with a question mengalami peningkatan setelah dibandingkan dengan nilai KKM dengan ketentuan ttest sebesar 5,020 dan nilai ttabel 1,671 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Dari hasil tersebut didapat bahwa  nilai ttest > ttabel. Hasil analisis perhitungan angket respon siswa memberikan respon baik terhadap strategi learning starts with a question dengan kriteria  persentase 76,1%.


Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan strategi learning starts with a question layak diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran, keterlaksanaan didalam proses pembelajaran dinyatakan cukup baik, dan nilai prestasi siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah dibandingkan dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM), dan respon siswa dinyatakan baik.

 The development of learning using learning strategy starts with a question. Target research is class X TGB at SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya 2014/2015 school year. Issues covered include the feasibility study, the implementation of learning, student achievement, and student responses.


The learning device used is silabus, lesson plan, textbooks, and student activity sheets. The tests that have been performed by the validator indicates that the learning device that is used as feasible with the percentage of 77.62 % criteria. The results of the calculation of average rating feasibility device with the criteria stated enough percentage of 44.64 % . The results of the analysis of student achievement calculation declared value student achievement using learning methods learning starts with a question increased when compared with the KKM with the provisions ttest at 5.020 and 1.671 ttable value at significance level α = 0.05. From the results obtained that the value ttest > ttable . The results of the analysis of questionnaire responses calculation students responded well to the learning strategy starts with a question with a 76.1 % percentage criteria.


Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the development of learning using learning strategy starts with a question to be warranted in the learning process, enforceability in the learning process otherwise quite good, and the value of student achievement increased when compared with the minimum completeness criteria ( KKM ).
