PENGARUH PERMAINAN 1 Vs 1 CONTINUOUS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DRIBBLING DAN CONTROLLING SEPAK BOLA PADA SISWA KELAS X IPA 1 SMA NEGERI 16 SURABAYA

The learning model is a way for teachers to organize teaching and learning activities to run in accordance with the expected goals. In  learning Sports Physical Education and Health, so that the material to be presented by the teacher can be conveyed optimally and be well received by the students, the teacher should be able to apply the learning model that can improve student learning outcomes. Researchers tried to apply 1 vs 1 continuous game in order to improve learning outcomes of dribbling and controlling in football. This type of research is quasi experimental research with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class X of  Senior High School 16 Surabaya. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique and class X Science 1 Senior High School 16 Surabaya chosen be the to sample containing 36 students but only 24 students is data will be taken. The results of this research is on the t-test is significant value as t count (0,00) <t table (0.05) means Ha acceptable and there is a significant effect of the application of game of 1 vs 1 continuous on learning outcomes dribbling and controlling football in SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. The magnitude of the percentage of the increase is the result of learning dribbling by 10.65% and on learning outcomes for controlling at 6.02%. From the above calculation can be concluded that there is a 1 vs 1 game influence on learning outcomes continuous dribbling and controlling football in class X IPA 1 SMAN 16 Surabaya.

Abstract


Model pembelajaran merupakan suatu cara bagi guru untuk mengatur kegiatan belajar mengajar agar berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Dalam pembelajaran PJOK khususnya sepak bola, agar materi yang akan disampaikan oleh guru dapat tersampaikan secara maksimal dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh siswa, maka guru harus bisa menerapkan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Peneliti menerapkan permainan 1 Vs 1 continuous agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dribbling dan controlling dalam sepak bola. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 16 Surabaya. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan kelas X IPA 1 SMAN 16 Surabaya terpilih menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 siswa namun yang dapat mengikuti pengambilan data penelitian hanya berjumlah 24 siswa. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu pada uji t nilai signifikan pada t hitung  (0,00) < t tabel (0,05) berarti Ha dapat diterima dan terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna penerapan permainan 1 Vs 1 continuous terhadap hasil belajar dribbling dan controlling sepak bola di SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya. Besarnya presentase peningkatan adalah pada hasil belajar dribbling sebesar 10,65% dan pada hasil belajar controlling sebesar 6,02%. Dari hasil perhitungan di atas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh permainan 1 Vs 1 continuous terhadap hasil belajar dribbling dan controlling sepak bola pada siswa kelas X IPA 1 SMAN 16 Surabaya.
