PENERAPAN FOUR GOAL GAMES TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PASSING SEPAKBOLA

Four goal games merupakan salah satu jenis permainan dari small sided games yang menyerupai permainan sepakbola, namun pada umumnya permainan sepakbola terdapat 2 gawang, dalam four goal games terdapat 4 gawang. Permainan ini merupakan bentuk permainan yang tidak memerlukan lapangan yang luas dan jumlah pemain yang disesuaikan, melalui permainan ini peserta didik dapat lebih banyak melakukan aktivitas gerak passing dan juga dapat melatih konsentrasi karena tidak hanya 2 gawang yang harus dijaga melainkan terdapat 4 gawang di dalamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan four goal games terhadap hasil belajar passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan randomized group pretest-posttest design. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS 1 dan X IPA 1 di SMAN 1 Driyorejo. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis pada hasil belajar penerapan four goal games dalam ranah pengetahuan dan keterampilan memiliki nilai sig 0.00 < 0.05, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan four goal games terhadap hasil belajar passing sepakbola. Dari hasil perhitungan peningkatan penerapan four goal games terhadap hasil belajar passing pada ranah pengetahuan kelompok eksperimen diketahui persentase peningkatannya sebesar 44%, pada ranah keterampilan diketahui peningkatannya sebesar 78%. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol memiliki persentase peningkatannya sebesar 20%, pada ranah keterampilannya memiliki peningkatan sebesar 69%. Melalui hasil analisi data diketahui bahwa kelompok eksperimen memiliki peningkatan yang lebih signifikan dari pada kelompok kontrol yag tidak mendapat perlakuan.

Abstract

Four goal games is one type of game from small sided games like a soccer game, but in general soccer games have 2 goals, in four goal games there are 4 goals. This game is a form of game that does not require a large field and the number of adjusted players, through this game students can do more passing activity and also can practice concentration because not only 2 goals that must be guarded but there are 4 goals in them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of four goal games on learning outcomes in passing football. This research is included in the type of quasi-experimental research using randomized group pretest-posttest design. Determination of the sample using cluster random sampling technique. The sample of this study was students of class X social program 1 and X science program 1 at Senior High School 1 Driyorejo. Based on the hypothesis test on the learning outcomes of the implementation of four goal games in the realm of knowledge and skills having a sig value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be stated that there is a significant effect of the implementation of four goal games on the results of learning passing football. From the calculation of the increase in the application of four goal games to the learning outcomes of passing in the realm of the experimental groups knowledge it is known that the percentage increase is 44%, in the realm of skills it is known to increase by 78%. Whereas the control group had a 20% increase in percentage, in the realm of skills it had an increase of 69%. Through the results of data analysis it is known that the experimental group had a more significant increase than the control group who did not receive treatment.
