Abstract


Abstract; A hyperactive child was an individual with extraordinary movement and very often uncontrolled, unstable, and unable concentration. In SDN inclusive Sidotopo Wetan IV/558 Surabaya there were hyperactive children who had attitude leaving seat. It caused the children difficult concentrating  and following teaching-learning activity in the class. Therefore, in this research it was used music therapy as an effort to minimize the attitude. The purpose of this research was to minimize the attitude of leaving seat to hyperactive children. This research used single subjeck research (SSR) with A-B design. The data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were visual analysis in condition and visual analysis inter condition. The research result indicated that in baseline phase the frequency of leaving seat to hyperactive children was about 11-19 times per 30 minutes. After being given intervention by music therapy routinely the frequency of leaving seat to hyperactive children was about 13-5 times per 30 minutes. It showed that there was decreasing of leaving seat attitude which meant positive change. The conclusion of the analysis of the analysis result was that music therapy could minimize attitude of leaving seat to hyperactive children.
