PENGEMBANGAN TES KINERJA PASCA PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI (PRAKERIN) TERHADAP KETERCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI SISWA KELAS XII JURUSAN TEKNIK AUDIO VIDEO DI SMK NEGERI 7 SURABAYA

Abstrak

Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) merupakan formasi pendidikan dengan mengedepankan mutu siswa pada disiplin ilmu yang ditekuni. Diharapkan semua tamatan dapat memiliki jati diri bangsa, mampu mengembangkan keunggulan lokal dan bersaing dipasar global dengan kompeten dan professional. Oleh karena itu didalam sistem pendidikan pada SMK mengenal Pendidikan Sistem Ganda (PSG) yaitu integral antara kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas dengan didunia usaha / dunia industri sebagai prasarana siswa untuk mengerti wawasan industrial secara relevan. Praktik kerja industri (prakerin) merupakan kegiatan implementasi dari dual system tersebut yang dilakukan oleh siswa pada suatu industri tertentu. Maka dibutuhkan penilaian yang tepat untuk mengetahui gambaran secara riil atas keterlaksanaan progam prakerin, sehingga dapat memantau keberhasilan kegiatan tersebut. Penilaian yang tepat untuk menggambarkan hal tersebut yaitu penilaian kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen tes kinerja yang mencakup aspek afektif, psikomotor, dan produk yang dikembangkan dengan model Research and Development (R&D). Dan menghasilkan lembar paduan tes kinerja, berupa tes kinerja I, II, dan III yang disertai dengan cara-cara penilaian. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya dengan populasi siswa kelas XII TAV. Hasil validasi isi untuk tes kinerja I diperoleh persentase sebesar 86,7%, untuk hasil validasi tes kinerja II sebesar 85,7%, sedangkan untuk persentase kevalidan tes kinerja III sebesar 88,3%. Hasil validasi butir item soal pada instrumen kinerja dikatakan memenuhi kriteria korelasi. Hasil reliabilitas diperoleh dengan rhitung = 0.840 memenuhi sebagai instrumen yang reliabel. Respon siswa diperoleh rerata sebesar 96% dengan respon positif. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen tes kinerja terhadap kompetensi siswa pasca pelaksanaan progam prakerin yang telah dikembangkan telah memenuhi validasi isi, validasi butir, dinyatakan memenuhi kelayakan reiabilitas, serta mendapat respon positif dari siswa.

Abstract

Vocational high school (SMK) is the education formation which gives priority to the learned knowledge. Hopefully, all of the graduations will be able to have the citizens’ personality, can improve the local excellence and compete to the global market competently and professionally. That is why the education system in vocational high school (SMK) has double scoring system (PSG). It is an integral between learning activity in the classroom and business or industry as the students’ facility to understand industrial area relevantly. Work place learning (prakerin) is the implementation activity of dual system which is done by students at a certain industry. It needs to have the correct scoring to know the reality of doing prakerin programs, to observe the such successful activities. The correct scoring for knowing those such things are performance assessment. This research was aimed to result the instrument of performance assessment including affective aspect, psychomotor and developed product with research and development (R&D) model. It also resulted the performance assessment combination paper, namely performance assessment I, II and III, combined with the ways of assessment. The research was done at Surabaya vocational high school 7 with the students’ population of third grade TAV. The result of content validation for performance  assessment I got 86,7%, for performance  assessment II got 85,7%, while for performance  assessment III got 88,3%. The result of validation question items to the performance instrument were said to accomplish correlation criteria. The reliability result that being gotten with 14rhitung">  = 0,840 accomplished the reliable instrument. The students’ responses got average percentage 96 % with the positive response. According to the above explanations, could be concluded that the performance assessment instrument to the students’ competence after doing prakerin (Work place learning) programs had been improved and accomplished the content validation, item validation, stated to accomplish the proper reliability, also got positive responses from the students.
