PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS ANDROID PADA MATA PELAJARAN INSTALASI TENAGA LISTRIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis android, (2) mengetahui respon peserta didik, (3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dari penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis android Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Eksperimental Designs dengan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa  SMK. Objek penelitian ini berupa pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis android. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Hasil validasi media pembelajaran dari 2 dosen dan 1 guru mata pelajaran mendapatkan nilai validitas sebesar 83,93% dengan kriteria sangat baik atau layak, (2)Respon peserta didik tentang pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android memperoleh rata-rata hasil rating sebesar 83,065% dikategorikan sangat baik, (3)Hasi belajar ranah kognitif didapatkan hasil -thitung<-ttabel (-18,81<-1,699). Nilai hasil belajar ranah afektif sebesar 80,22% dikatakan baik dan nilai hasil belajar ranah psikomotor sebesar 81,00%. (4)Uji peningkatan (gain) dapat diketahui bahwa kriteria gain tinggi 41,93%, sedang 58,07%, dan rendah 0%.

Abstract

The research aimed at : (1) figuring out the feasibility of android-based learning media, (2) knowing the students’ responses, (3) figuring out the students’ learning outcomes after using android-based learning media. The research design was pre-experimental in which design was one-group pretest-posttest. The research subjects were the students of grade XI TIPTL at state vocational school 7 surabaya. The research object was developing android-based learning media. The data analysis employed t-test for figuring out the improvement of students’ learning outcomes toward the usage of android-based learning media. The research results indicated that: (1) the learning media validated by 2 lecturers and 1 subject teacher obtained the validity value of 83.93% in which category was very good or feasible, (2) the students’ responses toward android-based learning media gained the rating average of 83.065%, thus categorized very good, (3) the learning outcome of cognitive domain obtained -tcalculation< -ttable (-18.81 < -1.699). The learning outcomes of affective domain was 80.22%, so categorized good while that of phychomotor one was 81.00%, (4) the gain test showed that the gain criteria of high was 41.93%, medium was 58.07%, and low was 0%.
