PENGEMBANGAN PERANGAKAT PEMBELAJARAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SQUARE (TPSq) DENGAN STRATEGI PROBLEM POSING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN INSTALASI MOTOR LISTRIK KELAS XI DI SMKN 3 SURABAYA

Abstract


Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe think pair square dengan strategi problem posing. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe think pair square pada mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik (IML) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan meliputi: (1) silabus, (2) rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), (3) lembar kerja siswa (LKS) dan (4) lembar penilaian (LP).

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  research & development dimana tahap-tahapannya telah disesuaikan dengan keadaan lapangan. Tahap-tahap dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) merancang desain pembelajaran, (3) validasi dan revisi, dan (4) uji coba empiris dan revisi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest posttest design.

Hasil kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek kevalidan meliputi: (1) silabus IML dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan, (2) RPP IML dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan, (3) LKS IML dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan, (4) LP IML dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan perangkat pembelajaran dapat digunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek kepraktisan yaitu keterlaksanaan pembelajaran model think pair square dengan strategi problem posing mendapatkan kriteria baik. Hasil kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek keefektifan meliputi: (1) respon siswa terhadap mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik dan respon siswa terhadap model think pair square dengan strategi problem posing mendapatkan respon positif; (2) kompetensi sikap spiritual dan sosial memperoleh rata-rata nilai di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal; (3) kompetensi pengetahuan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik one sample t-test dan paired sample t test diperoleh nilai t sebesar 9,906 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi siswa ranah pengetahuan di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan kriteria tuntas dan adanya peningkatan antara nilai pretest dan posttest; (4) kompetensi keterampilan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik one sample t-test diperoleh nilai t sebesar 36,543 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi siswa ranah keterampilan di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan kriteria tuntas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a cooperative learning type device think pair square with a strategy problem posing. In addition, this research aims to know the feasibility of cooperative learning model of device types think pair square on subjects insttalation electric motors (IML) learning device being developed include: (1) the syllabus, (2) plan implementation of learning (RPP), (3) student worksheet (LKS) and (4) assessment sheet (LP).

The methods used in this research is a research and development stage where &-stages have been adapted to the State of the field. The stages in this study include: (1) preliminary studies, (2) designing instructional design, (3) validation and revision, and (4) empirical testing and revision. The research design used was one group pretest posttest design.

The results of the feasibility study, developed the dvice in terms of aspect validity includes: (1) the syllabus IML with with criteria very feasible to use, (2) RPP IML with criteria very feasible to use, (3) LKS IML with criteria very feasible to use, (4) LP IML with criteria very feasible to use. So it can be inferred the learning device can be used in the research. The results of the feasibility study device developed in terms of the aspects practicality that is done learning model think pair square with a strategy problem posing get good criteria. The results of the feasibility study developed devices reviewed aspects of effectiveness include: (1) student response against subjects installation electric motor and student response against model think pair square with a strategy problem posing get a positive response; (2) a spiritual and social attitude competence obtained an average value over the criteria pass the minimum; (3) the competence of the knowledge are analyzed using one sample t-test and paired sample t test and obtained the value t of 9.906 with significance of 0.000 so it can be concluded that the competence of the student domain knowledge of the above the minimum graduation criteria with the criteria has been completed and an increase in value between pretest and posttest; (4) competence skill are analyzed using one sample t-test values obtained t of 36.543 with the significance of 0.000, so it can be inferred that the competencies the student realm of skills over a minimum criterion the criteria completely.
