Abstrak

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dalam upaya untuk mendukung implementasi kurikulum 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa pada kegiatan yang menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning; (2) Mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning; (3) Mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Pembelajaran Project Based Learning lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Pembelajaran Konvensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan jenis  Nonequivalent Control Grup Design. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar digunakan teknik analisis uji-t. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh: Hasil aktivitas terhadap keseluruhan aspek pada lembar aktivitas siswa selama 2 kali pertemuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran project based learning dikategorikan baik dengan rata-rata 84%, sedangkan hasil respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran project based learning dikategorikan baik dengan rata-rata 82%.

Hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t satu pihak mendapat nilai thitung = 6,06 sedangkan ttabel = 1,67. Dengan demikian thitung> ttabel sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran project based learning lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional dan dapat diterapkan untuk mendukung implementasi kurikulum 2013.

Abstact

This study discusses the implementation of Project Based Model of Learning to support the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 . Purpose of this study was to : ( 1 ) Knowing the students learning activities using Project Based Model of Learning ; ( 2 ) Knowing the students' response to the implementation of Project Based Model of Learning; ( 3 ) Knowing the learning outcomes of students who learned with using Project Based Model of Learning is better than the learning outcomes of students who learned with Conventional Model of Learning . The method used was Quasi Experimental Design with type Nonequivalent Control Group Design . While learning outcomes to determine differences in the techniques used t-test analysis . The results were obtained :The results of the activity of the whole aspect of the student activity sheet for 2 meetings can be concluded that the model of learning project -based learning are categorized either by an average of 84 % , while the results of students' response to the learning model of project -based learning are categorized either with an average of 82 % .

The results of student learning using a project -based learning learning model is higher than that of student learning outcomes using conventional learning model based on the calculation of the t-test of the party got 6.06 while the value of t table = 1.67 . Thus tcount> ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . It can be concluded that the project based model of learning is better than conventional learning models and can be applied to support the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 .
