IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENEMUAN (DISCOVERY LEARNING) PADA KOMPETENSI INTI MEMPERBAIKI PERALATAN RUMAH TANGGA LISTRIK

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui adanya hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning, (2) mengetahui adanya hasil belajar ranah afektif siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning, (3) mengetahui adanya hasil belajar ranah psikomotor siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan (4) mengetahui adanya respon siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen semu atau (Quasi-Experimental Research). Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TITL 2 SMK Raden Patah Mojokerto. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa buku siswa dari berberapa aspek meliputi fisik, materi, dan bahasa mendapatkan nilai 79,7%, RPP dari beberapa aspek kompetensi, indikator, tujuan, bahasa, format, sumber, dan alokasi waktu mendapatkan nilai 80,1%, soal pre-test dan pos-test dari beberapa aspek antara lain materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa mendapatkan nilai 82,3%. Sehingga keselurahan perangkat pembelajaran layak digunakan.

Sedangkan untuk analisis hasil belajar: (1) analisis hasil belajar ranah kognitif mendapatkan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 48,4 dan nilai rata-rata pos-test sebesar 84,533, hasil perhitungan uji-t, diperoleh t hitung 26,783 dan t tabel 2,045; (2) hasil belajar ranah afektif  mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,27; (3) hasil belajar ranah psikomotor mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,16; dan (4) tingkat respon siswa mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,57% atau mendapat kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the presence of cognitive learning outcomes of students who learned with the learning model of discovery learning, (2) determine the presence of affective learning outcomes of students who learned with the learning model of discovery learning, (3) determine the presence of psychomotor learning outcomes students who learned with the learning model of discovery learning and (4) determine the response of students who learned with the learning model of discovery learning.

The research method used is a type of quasi-experimental research or (Quasi-Experimental Research). The subjects of this study were students of class X TITL 2 Raden Patah SMK Mojokerto. Validation results showed that students from a couple of aspects of the book covers the physical, material, and language to get the value of 79.7%, RPP of some aspects of competencies, indicators, purpose, language, format, source, and the allocation of time to get the value of 80.1%, about pre-test and post-test of several aspects such as materials, construction, and language to get the value of 82.3%. So all worth learning devices are used.

As for the analysis of learning outcomes: (1) analysis of the results of cognitive learning to get the average value of the pre-test was 48.4 and the average value of 84.533 post-test, t-test calculation results, obtained 26,783 t and t table 2,045; (2) affective learning outcomes scored an average of 80.27; (3) psychomotor domain of learning outcomes scored an average of 83.16; and (4) the level of student response scored an average of 81.57% or criteria very well received.
