Abstrak

Model pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan relatif masih konvensional, menggunakan  metode ceramah dan sebagian dilanjutkan praktik. Pelaksanaannya belum terintegrasi, belum sesuai tuntutan dunia industri (DI) dan belum memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Nasional Indonesia (SKNI), termasuk mata pelajaran perbaikan motor listrik (PML). Proses pembelajaran belum mengoptimalkan hasil belajar. Akibatnya kompetensi hasil belajar  PML masih terpotong-potong. Kompetensi siswa dalam PML belum sesuai SKNI dan standar industri PML yang ada di dunia nyata atau kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk hasil produk PML yang dihasilkan siswa. Tujuan penelitian mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (MPBP) yang implementatif bagi guru dan siswa dalam rangka mengoptimalkan kompetensi atau hasil belajar siswa ranah keterampilan kognitif, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, dan keterampilan psikomotorik atau sesuai kompetensi yang ada pada SKNI dan SOP PML di industri, serta produk PML yang dihasilkan sesuai standar hasil PML di DI/DU..Metode yang digunakan menggunakan Riset and Development (R&D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perangkat pembelajaran PML dengan MPBP yang dikembangkan layak dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Persentase validator yang menyatakan atau menilai sangat valid 71,87% dan sisanya 28,14% menyatakan valid; (2) perangkat pembelajaran atau panduan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat diimplementasikan di SMK untuk materi PML; (3) penerapan pembelajaran PML dengan MPBP menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran atau panduan yang dikembangkan dapat mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa ranah keterampilan kognitif, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, dan keterampilan psikomotorik; (4) hasil belajar PML siswa sesuai standar industri PML; (5) hasil belajar siswa sesuai SKNI PML; (6) produk PML yang dihasilkan siswa sesuai dengan standar produk hasil PML di DI/DU;   (7) ketuntasan belajar siswa, baik secara individu maupun klasikal dapat mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Model of learning in the Vocational School is still relatively conventional, using the lecture method and partly resumed practice. Implementation is not integrated, not according to the demands of industry (DI) and yet meet the Indonesian National Competency Standards (INCS), including electric motor repair subjects (EMR). The learning process has not optimize learning outcomes. Consequently competence learning outcomes of EMR L is still fragmented. The learning process is also not optimize students in the areas of cognitive skills, problem solving skills, and skills. As a result of student competence after learning of EMR is still fragmented and the results are not yet integrated or EMR products are also produced incomplete or mutilated. Student competence in EMR does not meet industry standards EMR INCS and existing in the real world or everyday life, including the results of the student products generated EMR. The purpose of this research is to develop learning devices with Project-Based Learning Model (PjBLM) is implementable for teachers and students in order to optimize the competence or student learning outcomes domains of cognitive skills, problem solving skills, and psychomotor skills or competencies according to the SOP INCS and EMR in the industry, as well as the products produced according to the standard EMR results in DI. The method used to use Research and Development  (R & D). The results showed that:  (1) learning devices developed EMR with PjBLM feasible and can be used in a learning with project-based learning model. Percentage validator or judge stated (declare) very valid and the remaining 71.87% 28.14% declared invalid; (2) the learning or learning guide developed to be implemented in vocational REM material; (3) the application of EMR with PjBLM learning using learning devices or guides developed to optimize student learning outcomes domain of cognitive skills, problem solving skills, and psychomotor skills; (4) appropriate student learning outcomes EMR industry standards, (5) student learning outcomes in accordance INCS EMR; (6) EMR products are produced in accordance with product standard student EMR results in DI; and (7) mastery learning students, both individually and classical to achieve a minimum completeness criteria (CCM) is determined.
