ANALISA PENGARUH LOAD CAPACITY PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA UAP TANJUNG AWAR-AWAR 350 MW TERHADAP EFISIENSI TURBIN GENERATOR QFSN-350-2 UNIT 1

Abstract


AbstrakPeningkatan kebutuhan listrik di berbagai bidang harus selaras dengan usaha untuk meningkatkan efisiensi sistem pembangkit. Peralatan utama yang perlu diperhatikan efisiensinya adalah boiler, turbin, generator, kondenser dan pompa. Fokus pada penelitian ini mengevaluasi peralatan turbin uap dan generator yang merupakan salah satu peralatan di PT PJB UBJ O&M PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh perubahan load capacity pembangkit listrik tenaga uap tanjung awar-awar 350 MW terhadap efisiensi turbin generator pada unit 1. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memvariasi perubahan kenaikan load capacity saat PLTU sedang beroperasi yaitu load capacity 75%, 85% dan 100%. Hasil data operasi dihitung secara teoritis dan matematis denga n metode analisa thermodinamika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh kenaikan load capacityterhadap efisiensi isentropis turbin, berturut-turut dari load capacity 75%, 85% dan 100% memiliki efisiensi sebesar 89,02%, 90,42% dan 91,77%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh load capacity terhadap efisiensi turbin generator. Nilai efisiensi turbin generator berturut -turut dari beban 75%, 85% dan 100% yaitu 86,02%, 87,2% dan 88,64% sedangkan untuk generator, pengaruh load capacity tidak berpengaruh besar terhadap efisiensinya yaitu 95,32% 95,45% dan 95,98%.Kata kunci: Effisiensi turbin generator, Load capacity , Analisis energi, PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar.AbstractIncreasing electricity needs in all fields must be aligned with the effort to improve the efficiency of power generation systems. The main noteworthy equipment efficiency is the boiler, turbine, generator, condenser and pumps. The focus on this research evaluates the steam turbine and generator equipment which is one of the equipment PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar. The purpose of doing this research is to know the influence of the change of load capacity of steam power plant tanjung awar -awar 350 MW turbine generator efficiency against on unit 1.. Research done by doing a changes to increase load capacity when PLTU is operating i.e. load capacity 75%, 85% and 100%. The result of the data operation calculated theoretically and mathematically with the method thermodinamika. The results showed (1) there is the influence of the increase in load capacity against the efficiency of isentropis, a row of load capacity 75%, 85% and 100% efficiency of 89.02%, 90.42% and 91.77%. (2) there is an influence of load capacity towards the efficiency of the turbine generator. The value of the efficiency of the turbine generator in a row from the burden of 75%, 85% and 100% i.e., 86.02%, 87.2% and 88.64% whereas for the generator,effect by load capacity has no effect on efficiency that is 95.32% 95.45% and 95.98%.
