Pendidikan moral adalah upaya untuk mendewasakan manusia yang memiliki identitas sebagai manusia sebenarnya. Ketertiban sekolah sering dijadikan indikasi keberhasilan pembinaan mental dan tingkah laku siswa. Kenyataannya di sekolah masih ditemui banyak pelanggaran terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan berbagai persoalan dan permasalahan mengenai pelaksanaan pendidikan moral. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori tindakan sosial Max Weber dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi Schutz. Teknik pemilihan subyek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah praktek tata tertib sekolah sebagai sarana pendidikan moral di SMAN 1 Kamal menggunakan sistem poin kali persemester yang dicatat dalam buku kedisiplinan. Sanksi bersifat mendidik siswa terutama untuk menanamkan pendidikan moral. Penegakan tata tertib sekolah di SMAN 1 Kamal menggunakan langkah – langkah berupa pemasangan di tempat yang strategis, sosialisasi tata tertib sekolah, dan pengontrolan siswa setiap hari. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam  penegakan tata tertib sekolah yaitu kurang konsistennya guru dalam penegakan tata tertib sekolah. Upaya dalam mengatasi pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah yaitu tindakan preventif, kuratif dan represif.

Abstract 


Moral education is an effort to mature as a man who has actual human identity . Order school is often used as an indication of the success of mental development and behavior of students . The reality in many schools still found a violation of school rules. These conditions cause a variety of problems and issues regarding the implementation of moral education. This study uses Max Weber's theory of social action with qualitative research methods and phenomenological approach, the selection of study subjects using the technique of purposive technique. Data was collected through observations, interviews and documentation. Analysis using data reduction techniques , data presentation and conclusion. The findings of the data is the practice of school discipline as a means of moral education in SMAN 1 Kamal times a semester using a point system that is recorded in the book of discipline. Sanctions are educating students primarily to inculcate moral education. Enforcement of school rules at SMAN 1 Kamal using step by step in the strategic installation, socialization of school discipline and control of students everyday. Constraints faced in enforcing school discipline teacher is less inconsistency in the enforcement of school rules. Efforts to address the violation of school rules that preventive measures, curative and repressive.
