IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION UNTUK MELATIH KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS  PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP

Keterampilan proses sains merupakan interaksi antara pengembangan keterampilan proses dengan fakta, konsep, serta prinsip ilmu pengetahuan alam yang dapat mengembangkan sikap dan nilai pada diri siswa. Keterampilan proses sains dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation, karena melibatkan kelompok kecil dimana siswa bekerja menggunakan inquiry kooperatif, perencanaan, diskusi kelompok, dan kemudian mempresentasikan penemuan mereka kepada kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, keterampilan proses sains siswa, hasil belajar, dan respon siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan tipe group investigation. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-experimental design. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan one shot case study dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII-H SMP Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto sebanyak 31 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek sikap spiritual dan percaya diri sangat baik, sedangkan sikap disiplin dengan kriteria baik, pada aspek pengetahuan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,33 dengan predikat B+ dan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 100%, dan pada aspek keterampilan proses skor rata-rata sebesar 3,33 dengan predikat B+, ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 94%, sisanya 6% yang belum tuntas, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sangat baik, dan respon siswa sangat positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation dapat terlaksana dengan sangat baik pada materi pencemaran lingkungan..

Skill of science process is interacts between development of process skill and fact, concept, and natural sciences principle that can develop attitude and value at student it-self. Skill of science process can be improved pass by model of type co-operative study group investigation, because entangle small group where student works use inquiry co-operative, planning, group discussion, and then present their invention to class. Research Target this is the for describe the implementation of study, skill of student science process, result learns, and respond student after follow study with type group investigation. This research Type is research pre-experimental design. Research Design uses One Shot Case Study with subject of class student research VII-H SMP Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto 31 students. Research Result indicates that completeness result learns student at spiritual attitude aspect and jolly good self confidence, whereas discipline attitude with good criterion, at aspect of average score knowledge as high as 3,33 with predicate B+ and completeness classical as high as 100%, and at aspect of score process skill average as high as 3,33 with predicate B+, completeness classical as high as 94%, the rest 6% that has not yet been complete, the implementation of jolly good study, and respond student very positive. Base research result that obtained can be concluded that model of type co-operative study group investigation can be executed excellently at matter of environment contamination.
