ABSTRAK


Pada penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa Project Based Learning diberi label sebagai model pembelajaran dan bukan teknik karena teknik hanya digunakan untuk mencari perbaikan dan fokus pada hasil, sementara model pembelajaran difokuskan pada keduanya. proses penyelesaianproyek dan hasil atau produk dari proyek itu sendiri.Selain itu, penelitian ini dirancang secara kualitatif untuk menangkap semua fenomena yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana guru menjalankan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek di kelas. Untuk pertanyaan penelitian pertama, data diperoleh melalui pengamatan non partisipan dimana diperoleh dalam bentuk kata-kata yang menggambarkan keseluruhan pengajaran dan pembelajaran sedangkan data untuk pertanyaan penelitian kedua diperoleh melalui analisis dokumen dimana hal itu didapat dalam bentuk kata-kata dan ungkapan yang disampaikan oleh para siswa yang melakukan drama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa fenomena yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek. Pada tahap pertama dalam mengimplementasikan PBL, guru memulai kelas PBL dengan melakukan diskusi, bukandengan memberikan pertanyaan penting. Pada tahap ketiga dalam mengimplementasikan PBL terkait dengan proses penjadwalan, timelinebersifat fleksibel. Pada tahap kelima dalam mengimplementasikan PBL terkait dengan proses penilaian, produk dari proyek ini adalah tentang presentasi drama. Selain itu, di antara ketiga kelompok tersebut, kelompok pertama dan kedua menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan terkait kemampuan berbicara mereka yang dinilai dan dibenarkan dengan menggambarkan produk mereka dari proyek presentasi drama.

ABSTRACT


 


In this research, it is revealed that Project Based Learning is appropriately labeled as a learning model rather than a technique since technique is only used to seek for an improvement and it focused on the result while learning model is focused on both the process of finishing the project and the result or the product from the project itself.In addition, this research is designed qualitatively to catch all the phenomena related to how the teacher ran Project Based Learning in the class. For the first research question, the data is obtained through non-participant observation in which it is gained in the form of words that describe the whole thing of the teaching and learning while the data for the second research question is obtained through document analysis in which it is gained in the form of words and utterance presented by the students who performed the drama.The result shows that there some phenomena happened during the implementation of Project Based Learning. At the first stage in implementing PBL, the teacher started up the class of PBL by doing discussion instead of giving an essential question. At third stage in implementing PBL related to the process of scheduling, the timeline was flexible. At fifth stage in implementing PBL related to the process of assessing, the product of the project was about drama presentation. Moreover, among those three groups, the first and the second group showed significant development related to their speaking ability in which it was judged and justified by describing their product of the drama presentation project..
