PengPembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Discovery Learning Mata Pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Sains Siswa Kelas XI TIPTL di SMKN 1 Kediri

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kelayakan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) berbasis model pembelajaran discovery learning mata pelajaran instalasi motor listrik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains siswa berdasrkan validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini merupkan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, disseminate), namun terbatas sampai tahap develop.

Data penelitian ini menggunakan metode validasi, observasi, tes, dan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, lembar obsrvasi, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar respons siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukan bahwa LKS valid berdasarkan rerata nilai validitas 3,19 pada kategori valid. Hasil pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas siswa menunjukan bahwa LKS sangat praktis berdasarkan persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas siswa masing-masing 96,45% dan 94,03% (kategori sangat baik). Hasil tes kemampuan literasi sains menunjukan bahwa LKS efektif berdasarkan ketuntaan hasil belajar sebesar 87,50% (kategori sangat baik). Ketuntasan pada indikator pembelajaran pada aspek konten sains sebesar 79,20% dengan kategori baik, aspek proses sains sebesar 63,10% dengan kategori baik, dan aspek konteks aplikasi sains 93,75% pada kategori sangat baik. Perolehan nilai N-Gain Score sebesar 0,50 dengan kategori sedang. Respons positif siswa 97% (kategori sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lembar Kerja Siswa Berbasis Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Mata Pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik untuk Meningkatkan kemampuan Literasi Sains Siswa layak digunakan ditinjau dari validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan

This reseach sains to describes the fasibility of student worksheets based on discovery learning model method toward elektric motor instalation to improve student’s sience literacy skill based on their validity, prakticality, and effectiveness. This type of reseach is a development reseach using 4-D (deffine, design, develop, dessiminate) model, but it was done until develop stage.

The reseach data were obtained using review, validation, observation, test, and questionnaire methods. The reseach instrument used are review, validation, learning implication observation, student activity, literacy science skill, and student response sheet. The result of review are sugestions for revising student worksheet. The result of validation shows that student worksheet are valid based on the average score of 3,19 with valid category. The result of learning implication observation and studen activity observations indicate that student worksheet are practical based on percentages 96,45% and 94,03% with very good category. The result of student’s literacy science skill show that student worksheet are affective based on knowladge result completenes 87,50% with very good category. The competence result completenes on science content aspect 79,20% with good category, science prosess aspect 63,10% with good category and science context aspect 93,75% with very good category. The N-Gain Score of 0,50 with medium category, student responses positively showed that the worksheet are effective by the percentage of 97% with very good category. The results showed that The Student Worksheet Based on Discovery Learning Model on Method Toward to Improve Student’s Science Literacy Skill are feasible in terms of validity, practicality and affectiveness.
