Abstract


ABSTRAK

Guru merupakan tenaga profesional yang memiliki tugas utama untuk membuat perencanaan sekaligus melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, membuat penilaian hasil belajar, membimbing, melakukan pelatihan, dan sekaligus pengelola program belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Pelaksanaan Program Pengelolaan Pembelajaran (PPP) di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Jurusan Teknik Sipil Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

Penulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa S1 PTB yang memprogram mata kuliah PPP pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018 dan sekolah mitra tempat PPP mahasiswa S1 PTB Unesa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 mahasiswa yang memprogram mata kuliah PPP, 6 dosen pembimbing PPP, dan 3 sekolah mitra. Angket yang digunakan terdiri atas angket kesiapan mahasiswa untuk microteaching, kesiapan dosen untuk microteaching, pelaksanaan microteaching, kesiapan mahasiswa untuk PPP, kesiapan dosen untuk PPP, dan pelaksanaan PPP di sekolah mitra.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa kesiapan mahasiswa sebelum melaksanakan microteaching mendapatkan skor penilaian 3.7 termasuk pada kategori baik, kesiapan dosen pembimbing microteaching mendapatkan skor penilaian 4.4 termasuk pada kategori baik, pelaksanaan microteaching pada program studi S1 PTB Unesa mendapatkan skor penilaian 3.8 termasuk pada kategori baik, kesiapan mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan PPP mendapatkan skor penilaian 3.9 termasuk pada kategori baik, kesiapan dosen pembimbing PPP mendapatkan skor penilaian 4.2 termasuk pada kategori baik, dan pelaksanaan PPP program studi S1 PTB Unesa di sekolah mitra mendapatkan skor penilaian 4.1 termasuk pada kategori baik.

ABSTRACT

Teacher is professional worker which has played a task to make a planning and implementation of learning programs, make an assessment, guiding, training for student, and manager of learning programs. Purpose of this research is to know about Implementation of Learning Management Program in Study Program Building Engineering Education Department of Civil Engineering State University Of Surabaya.

This paper is the result of descriptive research with using questionnaire. Testing phase of the instrument is done with 30 student college Building Engineering Education 2014 year class. The research was conducted in Departement of Civil Engineering, Vocational High School 1 Sidoarjo, Vocational High School 1 Mojokerto, and Vocational High School 1 Kemlagi. The population is Building Engineering Education students who programmed Learning Management Program in the even semester of 2017/2018 and partner schools. The sample used in this study were 47 students, 6 supervisors of Learning Management Program, and 3 partner schools. The questionnaire used consisted of questionnaires for students readiness for microteaching, supervisors readiness for microteaching, microteaching implementation, students readiness of Leaning Management Program, supervisors readiness of Leaning Management Program, and Implementation of Leaning Management Program.

Based on result of analysis and discussion of research result obtained that the readiness of college student before carrying out microteaching get an assessment score of 3.7 included in good category, the readiness of supervisor before carrying out microteaching get an assessment score of 4.4 included in good category, implementation of microteaching get an assessment score of 3.8 included in good category, the readiness of college student before carrying out impelementation learning management program get an assessment score of 3.9 included in good category, the readiness of supervisor before carrying out impelementation learning management program get an assessment score of 4.2 included in good category, and the implementation of learning management program get an assessment score 4.1 included in good category.
