PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE MAKE A MATCH PADA MATA PELAJARAN KONSTRUKSI DAN UTILITAS GEDUNG XI DPIB SMK NEGERI 3 SURABAYA

Abstrak

Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match merupakan model pembelajaran yang mengajarkan siswa untuk dapat aktif dalam mencari/mencocokkan kartu jawaban dan disiplin terhadap waktu yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, respon siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran konstruksi dan utilitas gedung dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian One Shot Case Study dengan bentuk Pre-Experimental Design. Subyek penelitian adalah kelas XI DPIB 2 SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya dengan jumlah 31 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester gasal tahun ajaran 2018-2019. Hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran diperoleh rata-rata persentase 86,6% artinya, perangkat pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan didapatkan persentase rata-rata 83,17%, artinya kegiatan belajar siswa termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Hasil angket respon siswa didapat dari 2 pihak yaitu, persentase rata-rata angket siswa 82,14% dengan nilai rata-rata dari observer 3,47, artinya nilai persentase rata-rata angket siswa dan observer termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Hasil perhitungan Uji-t pada nilai post-test pada taraf signifikan α=0,05 mendapatkan nilai 7,029 > nilai 1,697. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Make a match pada mata pelajaran konstruksi dan utilitas gedung dapat mengembangkan pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

The cooperative learning model type make a match is a learning model that teaches students to be active in finding / matching answer cards and disciplines with a predetermined time. This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning, student responses and student learning outcomes in construction subjects and building utilities using the cooperative learning model type make a match.

The type of research used is the One Shot Case Study with Pre-Experimental Design. The research subjects were class XI DPIB 2 of SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya with a total of 31 students. The study was conducted in odd semester 2018-2019. The results of the learning device validation obtained an average percentage of 86.6%, meaning that learning devices meet the eligibility criteria.

Based on the results of the observations obtained an average percentage of 83.17%, meaning that student learning activities are included in the criteria very well. The results of the student questionnaire responses were obtained from 2 parties, namely, the average percentage of student questionnaires was 82.14% with an average value of 3.47 observers, meaning that the average value of student and observer questionnaires was included in the criteria very well. The results of the t-test calculation on the post-test value at a significant level α = 0.05 get the value 7,029> value 1,697. It can be concluded that the application of cooperative type learning models Make a match on construction subjects and building utilities can develop students understanding.
