Children with autism are children who have difficulties in social interaction. Children tend to be indifferent to the surrounding circumstances and not interested in participating in activities with friends. School children with autism in Mutiara Hati School Sidoarjo observation there, especially when  the subject of  researchers have used passive behavior. Children do not have the interest to do a gross motoric movement activity. Basically that children with autism disorders are complex, so the need to use traditional thus a game that can attract children but has the benefit of various complex for children with autism as well as engklek game. This research was conducted with the aim of which is to analyze whether there is any effect on the ability of autistic children after a gross motoric implementation engklek game on adaptive learning in Mutiara Hati School Sidoarjo. The approach used in this study is quantitative. This type of  research  that the researchers use a quasi-experiment. Research design using a pattern: The one group pre -test and post-test. The method used to collect the data that the test method. For the analysis of  research data using non-parametric statistical analysis techniques. Pre-test results obtained average value is 63.57 child, after being given the intervention as much as 12 meetings, with the allocation of time ± 60 minutes of each meeting, the results of post-test to change the value to 71.58. Then analyzed using the sign test formula ( ZH ) with Z tables 5 % two-sided testing 1.96. ZH value of 2.05 obtained. It was concluded that " There is a significant influence on the use of game engklek gross motor skills of children with autism in Mutiara Hati School Sidoarjo " .
