Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan gerakan literasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri terakreditasi A Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk survey. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri terakreditasi A di Kota Surabaya dengan total populasi 1.575 guru. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Two Stage Cluster Sampling sehingga dapat diketahui jumlah sampel penelitian sejumlah 65 guru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan menghitung persentase faktor peneyebab persepsi yakni faktor fungsional dan faktor struktural. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan dilakukan tabulasi dan persentase dengan hasil persepsi guru terhadap pelaksanaan gerakan literasi di Sekolah Dasar yaitu pada kategori persepsi cukup positif.

Abstract

The goal of this study is describe literacy movement in accredited A public primary school in Surabaya. This study was a descriptive quantitative research in the form of survey. The populations of this research was all teachers of accredited A public primary school in Surabaya with the total populations 1.575 teachers. The samples in this research using two stage cluster sampling technique that can be known the total research sample 65 teachers. The data collection technique used is questionnaire. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistic by counting the factors causing the perception of functional factors that include internal factors of teachers and structural factors that include the perceived object of the literacy movement. The results of the overall research are tabulated and the percentage with teacher perception result on the implementation of literacy movement in elementary school is in the category perception is quite positive.
