Pengaruh Latihan Half Squat Jump dan Knee Tuck Jump dengan Intensitas 45%-65% Terhadap Kemampuan Vertical Jump Atlet Putra Bolavoli Patrialist

Abstrak

Half Squat Jump dan Knee Tuck Jump merupakan beberapa bentuk latihan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan tinggi loncatan. Pada penelitian ini latihan Half Squat Jump dan Knee Tuck Jump digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Vertical Jump pada atlet bolavoli. Dan rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh serta perbedaan pengaruh latihan Half Squat Jump dan Knee Tuck Jump terhadap kemampuan Vertical Jump atlet putra bolavoli patrialist.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan disini adalah kategori kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu, dan terdapat adanya hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel namun tidak menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Sasaran penelitian yaitu atlet putra bolavoli patrialist dengan rentang usia 13-16 tahun yang berjumlah 20 orang dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan test Jump MD.

Hasil penelitian menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji t Paired Sample T-Test diketahui bahwa kelompok latihan Half Squat Jump memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan Vertical Jump dikarenakan hasil sig. (2-tailed) 0,000<0,05 sedangkan pada latihan Knee Tuck Jump juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan Vertical Jump dikarenakan hasil sig. (2-tailed) 0,000<0,05. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan Half Squat Jump dan Knee Tuck Jump memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan Vertical Jump. Data peningkatan Vertical Jump kelompok Half Squat Jump memiliki presentase 8,28% sedangkan peningkatan presentase peningkatan Vertical Jump pada kelompok Knee Tuck Jump memiliki presentase 9,35%.

Abstract

Half Squat Jumps and Knee Tuck Jumps are some of the forms of exercise used to increase jump height. In this study Half Squat Jump and Knee Tuck Jump exercises were used to improve the ability of vertical jump in volleyball athletes. And the formulation of the problem in this study is to determine whether there is influence and the difference in the effect of Half Squat Jump and Knee Tuck Jump training on the ability of the vertical jump athlete male volleyball patrialist.

The research method used here is quantitative category with quasi-experimental methods, and there is a causal relationship between variables but does not use a control group. The target of the study was male volleyball patrialist athletes with a age range of 13-16 years, totaling 20 people and divided into 2 groups using the pairing ordinal technique. The data collection technique uses the Jump MD test.

The results of the study used a Paired Sample T-Test t-test statistical calculation. It was known that the Half Squat Jump exercise group had an influence on the increase in vertical jump due to the results of the sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0,05 while in Knee Tuck Jump exercise also had an influence on increasing vertical jump ability due to the results of sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 <0,05. And it can be concluded that the Half Squat Jump and Knee Tuck Jump exercises have a significant influence on increasing the vertical jump ability. Data on the increase in vertical jump of the Half Squat Jump group has a percentage of 8.28% while the increase in the percentage of vertical jump increase in the Knee Tuck Jump group has a percentage of 9.35%.
