Konsumsi makan keluarga merupakan refleksi atau gambaran kebiasaan makan masyarakat. Pola konsumsi makan pada balita berperan penting dalam proses pertumbuhan pada balita. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) mengetahui konsumsi makan keluarga; (2) mengetahui konsumsi makan balita; (3) mengetahui status gizi balita; (4) mengetahui hubungan konsumsi makan keluarga dan status gizi balita di Dusun Tanggungrejo Desa Karangpatihan Kecamatan Balong Kabupaten Ponorogo.


Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tempat penelitian di Dusun Tanggungrejo Desa Karangpatihan Kecamatan Balong Kabupaten Ponorogo. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 30 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah pola konsumsi makan keluarga, konsumsi makan balita, karakteristik balita, karakteristik keluarga dan status gizi balita. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara (recall 2x24 jam dan food frequency), angket, pengukuran antrophometri dan dokumentasi, analisis data yang digunakan adalah  korelasi pearson


Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) konsumsi makan keluarga di Dusun Tanggungrejo 8,3% pada kategori baik, 33,3% keluarga cukup baik, dan 58,4% keluarga termasuk konsumsi kurang baik; (2) konsumsi makan balita Dusun Tanggungrejo secara keseluruhan untuk konsumsi protein seluruhnya baik, tingkat konsumsi energi balita pada kategori baik sebanyak 46,7%, kategori sedang sebanyak 30% , kategori kurang sebanyak 23,3%; (3) status gizi balita Dusun Tanggungrejo 86,7% berstatus gizi normal, 6,7% berstatus KEP ringan, 3,3% berstatus KEP sedang, dan 3,3% mempunyai status gemuk sedang; (4) hasil korelasi pearson didapatkan nilai r 0,211 yang berarti tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi makan keluarga dengan status gizi balita.

Abstract


Family food consumption is a reflection or illustration of people food habit. Food consumption on child has important role in child growth process. The aims of this research were (1) to know the family food consumption, (2) to know the child food consumption; (3) to know the child nutrition status; (4) to know the correlation of family food consumption and child nutrition status at Karangpatihan village, district of Balong, Ponorogo Regency.


This was quantitative research with cross sectional approach. Research location was at Karangpatihan village, district of Balong, Ponorogo regency. The samples were investigated 30 respondents. Data collected were family food consumption, child food consumption, family characteristic and child nutrition status. Data collecting method were using interview (recall 2x24 hour and food frequency), questionnaire, anthropometric scaling and documentation, then data was analyzed with pearson correlation.


Result of this research were (1) the family food consumption at Karangpatihan village 8,3% in good category, 3,33% family in adequate, and 58,4% family included in deficient consumption; (2) child food consumption for protein consumption over all was good, child energy consumption in good category is 46,7%, in adequate category is 30%, and in deficient category is 23,3%; (3) child nutrition status 86,7% was in normal category, 6,7% in light category, 3,3% in moderate category, and 3,3% have moderate obesity; (4) the correlation result of pearson obtained value r 0,211 which meant there was no significant correlation between family food consumption with child nutrition status.
