Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar kognitif siswa, hasil belajar keterampilan memecahkan masalah, dan respon siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada kompetensi dasar menganalisis hidangan dariseafood mata1 pelajaran pengolahan dan penyajian makanan kontinental di kelas XI Jasa Boga 4 SMK1Negeri 3 Blitar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental atau eksperimen semu. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI Jasa Boga 4 sejumlah 34 orang. Data diperoleh melalui beberapa motode yaitu observasi, tes tulis (pretest dan posttest), dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data Uji Paired Sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa1 dalam pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pretest dan posttest siswa berbeda secara signifikan. Hasil belajar keterampilan berada pada kategori baik. Respon siswa termasuk1 dalam kategori sangat baik

Abstract

This study aims to describe teacher1activities, student activities, cognitive learning outcomes of students, capability of problem solving and student responses to the application of problem-based learning model in basic competencies describe dishes from seafood on subjects of processing and serving continental food in class XI Culinary 4 SMK Negeri 3 Blitar. The type of research is quasi experimental. Samples are students of class XI Culinary 4, as much as 34 students. Data obtained through several methods, namely observation, written test (pretest and posttest) and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Paired1Sample T-test. The results indicate that teacher activities in learning management in the excellent category. Student in learning activities in the excellent category. The result of student’s pretest and posttest differed significantly. Skill learning outcomes in good category. Student responses included in the excellent category. The conclusion of the1research is the application of problem-based learning model in basic competencies analayzes dishes from fish and seafood effect on the learning outcomes of class XI Culinary 4 SMKN 3 Blitar
