PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN TATA RIAS WAJAH PANGGUNG MELALUI PELATIHAN PADA TIM PADUAN SUARA UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA SURABAYA

ABSTRAK

Tata rias wajah panggung digunakan dalam kegiatan pementasan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dalam salah satu pementasan paduan suara Universitas Airlangga ditemui beberapa kekurangan hasil riasan pada anggota tim yaitu kerataan foundation, pembentukan alis yang kurang proporsional dan pengaplikasian eyeshadow. Hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan untuk hasil pementasan yang optimal. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pengurus tim diharapkan adanya pelatihan tata rias wajah panggung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) keterlaksanaan pelatihan, 2) peningkatan keterampilan, dan 3) respon peserta pelatihan tata rias wajah panggung. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pre experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian 30 orang anggota wanita paduan suara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes kinerja, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tes rata-rata dan uji-t dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pelatihan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,78 (sangat baik). Peningkatan keterampilan memperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest 46,53 dan posttest 81,47, dengan hasil uji-t menunjukkan taraf signifikan 0,000<0,05 sehingga dapat dinyatakan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest. Rata-rata respon keseluruhan memperoleh nilai 93,3% (sangat baik). Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan tata rias wajah panggung dapat meningkatkan keterampilan merias wajah panggung pada tim paduan suara Universitas Airlangga.

Stage makeup used in performance activities. Based on the result of preliminary observation in one of the Airlangga University choir performances encourated several drawbacksof the team members, flatness of the foundation, forming of eyebrows the are not ideal shape, and application of eyeshadow. This caused problems for optimal performance result. Based on the result of interviews with the team administrator, its hoped that there will be a stage makeup training. This research purposed to know: 1) the implementation of the training, 2) the improvement of skills, and 3) the response of the participants to stage makeup training. This type of research uses pre-experimental design with a research design of one group pretest-posttest. The subjects of the study were 30 female choir members. Data collection methods used were observation, performance tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the average test and the t-test with the results of the study showed that the implementation of the training obtained an average value of 3.78 (very good). Increased skills obtained an average value of pretest 46.53 and posttest 81.47, with the results of the t-test showing a significant level of 0,000 <0.05 so that it can be stated that there was a significant increase between pretest and posttest. The overall overall response score is 93.3% (very good). It was concluded that stage makeup makeup training could improve stage makeup skills on the Airlangga University choir team.
