Abstract


Based on the results of interviews with German language teacher of SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto, in learning speaking skills are not all students active in learning. Speaking skills learning outcomes can be said to be less satisfactory, since the speak activity very less in learning speaking skills. Therefore, in this research used Formasi Regu Tembak (Firing Line) techniques to train students' speaking skills. This research examines the results of studying the German language speaking skills using Formasi Regu Tembak (Firing Line) techniques. Formasi Regu Tembak (Firing Line) techniques is a skill development techniques. Students have the opportunity to respond the questions quickly posed by a barrage or other types of challenges (Silberman, 2011:223). The problem of this research is how the learning outcomes of the German language speaking skills XI Language Graders of SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto through Formasi Regu Tembak (Firing Line) techniques ? While the purpose of this research is to describe the learning outcomes of German language speaking skills XI Language Graders of SMAN 1 Puri Mojokerto through Formasi Regu Tembak (Firing Line) techniques. This research uses qualitative method. Data were from student’s tests outcomes. The form were pre-test and post-test. The data research are then described and summarized. The results of the research before and after the application of the Formasi Regu Tembak (Firing Line) technique, with the breakdown as follows: From the Pre-test values ​​showed only 36,84% the number of students who reached the KKM (Complete Minimal criteria) or as many as 7 students with an average grade 59,21 were categorized as low. While the Post-test results showed 90,00% the number of students has reached KKM oder as many as 18 students with the average grade 85,00 is categorized as high. Based on these data it can be seen that the student learning outcomes in German language speaking skills were getting better. From the results of this research indicate that the Formasi Regu Tembak (Firing Line) technique can be used by teachers as a variety of exercises in German language speaking skills.
