Abstract


Languange skill consists of four skills. They are 1) listening 2) speaking, 3) reading, and 4) writing. Lesen is the most important skill and the one type of reading skills is Reading comprehesion. Therefore, teachers must use a variety of methods that can improve the students reading comprehension. The One of the methods is the application of constructivism type Questionmark student have.


The problems of this research are (1) How is the application of constructivism type ““question student have”” for reading comprehension of students in class XI language at SMAN 1 Krian? (2) How is the learning outcome of students Class XI language  at SMAN 1 Krian by the application constructivism Type Question Have student?


The purpose of this reasearch are (1) to describe the application of constructivism Type Question student  Have for reading comprehension of students in English class XI language at SMAN 1 Krian. (2) to describe the learning outcomes of students Class XI language at SMAN 1 Krian student by the application constructivism type “question student have”.


This research is a qualitative research method and the data analysis of this study is discriptive. This reasearch takes three sessions. In the first session, the learning process without constructivism Type “question student have”, and the second and third session takes the learning process with constructivism Type “question student have”. The data from the study are the result of the observation sheet and learning outcomes. (1) The result of the observation sheet contains observations of the student activity by the application of constructivism type “question student have” will be analyzed to determine the increase Prosentsatz. And the result of student activity is 92,3% and include to the exelent category . (2) The tests of learning outcomes are pre-test and pos-test. From the pre-and post-test can be seen that the average value of the class experienced an increase from 61.01 to 91.01.


 


The study result shows that the application of constructivism Type “Question student Have” for reading comprehension can can improve reading comprehension skills of German language and increase the learning outcomes of students class XI language SMA Negeri 1.
